Dr. Carly Hall was born and raised in Saskatoon. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology & Pharmacology at the University of Saskatchewan before moving to the Portland, Oregon area. Dr. Hall attended Pacific University where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with distinction.

At graduation, Dr. Hall received the Donald A. Bybee award for vision therapy. She looks forward to helping patients with eye alignment, focusing, and tracking problems, and offering vision therapy services at The Eye Gallery.
